I have never written a bad review before but the frustration from this doctor’s office is overwhelming. The girl I talked to has no regard for patients. This doctor’s office doesn’t know what they’re doing. My son saw the PA last Monday because he needed medications for his illness. A week later and medications are still not ready. Michelle (person I spoke to at the doctor’s office) said she didn’t know she had to do a prior authorization for the medications. Really?!
