Absolutely horrific service at the front desk. Probably the worst receptionist I’ve ever seen. I’m a doctor myself and I would have fired this person on the spot.
I made the appointment on 8/31, but I remembered wrong. I went to the office on 8/28 and checked that if I made the appointment on 8/31, the front desk lady told me no, you don’t have any appointments! Today! 8/31 they asked why I did not show up! So irresponsible! I won’t come back to see the whole team again!
