Calling the billing department is a nightmare. For 3 days I have been calling and no answer and to top it off the mailbox is full and you can’t leave a message. First they overcharged me for 2 visits. When I got me insurance claim it stated that my responsibility was $25 for both visits and I got charged $50 per visit therefore when I went for my third visits I told them that I should have a credit since I was overcharged.
