Took in my daughter after she feel asleep on the school bus and hit her head with the emergency door handle, leaving her a big bump on her head. After waiting 45 mins the girl in the front said we needed a face mask to be seen. Was NO help at all. My 3 girls have been with this Dr since they were born, 8 yrs ago. No more. Im changing pediatrician.
Outdated office . Uncomfortable waiting area. At least if the wait times are going to be long, the waiting area should be pleasant . I don't understand why make an appointment if the patient is going to be stuck there for hours on end.
