This optometrist frances cheng owns the clinic and very rude ! He looks down on people or families who are not from hk or if knew you are not their kind. Dont waste your money and he wont explain anything to you if you have more questions he will looked pissed on you !
worst eye exam ever! gave me wrong prescription, my lens were worse than my old pair, just horrible. Will never go back there again. Please look else where
I brought my dad to see Dr. Francis Cheng and I find him to be OK and wasn’t as terrible as what I read here in the reviews. He examined my dad’s eyes professionally and with care.
