今日驗眼驗到一肚子氣，諗住幾年冇驗之前都係驗開就睇吓啲度數有冇增加到，其實我只係有老花。 入到去，簡單詢問，明知見我有帶眼鏡嚟，你都唔睇我之前係咩度數同眼睛問題，跟住就開始驗眼。 係咁不停咁叫我比較，邊個清楚，最好笑就叫我唔好諗，要即刻回答，大佬呀清唔清真係爭少少，我點都要再作比較，先至答到你個問題呀嘛。 問佢問題佢又唔答，又問非所答，跟住求其寫張紙俾我竟然話我有近視。 你咁敷衍去做你嘅專業服務，大佬呀要俾錢㗎，唔係唔使錢，加拿大冇免費午餐。如果你認為我哋唔值得有咁嘅服務，咁不如你早啲收山，又或者直程執咗佢退休算啦，我唔會再去㗎啦，睇吓幾時有加拿大執笠關注組，你一定榜上有名。 利申：我冇醫療保險，全部真金白銀。 我都要搵多個要去再驗多次。今次呢一次驗眼錢就當為買個教訓同埋送溫神啊。

I think this doctor should see a psychologist to complain to the relevant departments.These comments are true, so please go to another clinic if you want to have your eyes examined. It is suggested that the front desk and the female doctor change jobs in other clinics, because this clinic will not be open for long.

This optometrist frances cheng owns the clinic and very rude ! He looks down on people or families who are not from hk or if knew you are not their kind. Dont waste your money and he wont explain anything to you if you have more questions he will looked pissed on you !

worst eye exam ever! gave me wrong prescription, my lens were worse than my old pair, just horrible. Will never go back there again. Please look else where

I brought my dad to see Dr. Francis Cheng and I find him to be OK and wasn’t as terrible as what I read here in the reviews. He examined my dad’s eyes professionally and with care.
