I visited this clinic because of painful eye concretions caused by allergic conjunctivitis. I clearly explained my medical history and asked for stone removal or a referral to an ophthalmologist. However, the optometrist only did a basic vision test. When I pointed out that the concretion was under my eyelid, the doctor dismissed my concerns, saying that "no visible redness means no allergy." Been coming here as a kid. He's straight forward and friendly. One downside is they don't help you bill to insurance. All other clinics do that now.
My family had a semi-urgent eye problem and the staff refused to arrange an examination because we had not made an appointment.. for an emergency..
Hes always grumpy and has a stern face to all patients.
