Love Dr. Camilo and his office staff. My friends met him when I had surgery and was very impressed with him. They said they would use him when they needed to schedule surgery.
He is the best surgeon I have met in my lifetime. I have the deepest respect for him. Now only is he an amazing surgeon he actually can communicate with them on a level they understand. He shows respect to all people. That many other doctors don't care about. care about
Because my Insurance changed to UHC Medicare PPO advantage at 65, my former back surgeon no longer accepted my insurance so my Primary Doctor recommended Dr. Camillo. I met with him at his office after getting MRI and we both viewed it and he pointed out the nerve next to L3-4 being constricted and causing the pain on my left hip an left Knee. What can I say about this amazing man. He is the best doctor I've met in all my years. Told me everything about my ailment the first visit. Was pleasant, informative, and is funny as heck. After my surgery, he left his pager number and when there was a problem with my script, he didn't hesitate to handle it immediately. Gratitude can't describe what I feel right now. Thank you so much for helping me when that big name operation wasn't going to. Much obliged.
Although the MRI didn't show much, Dr. Camillo was able to find the herniated, thoracic disc that had been causing me increasing, excruciating pain, over the past three months. Once I awoke from surgery, ALL THE PAIN WAS GONE! I don't want to live my life chasing pills every few hours; thus, surgery was the best option for me.
