Review written by Rasha Chmali Such a lovely doctor and secretary. They are both so kind, understanding and welcoming every time I visit. The doctor genuinely listens and takes the time to understand what you’re going through, and his secretary is always so lovely, helpful and patient. You can really tell they care about their patients and want to make you feel comfortable. I’m very grateful for the kindness and understanding they’ve shown me. Definitely recommend them!
Mandatory duty of care wen our young generation are dealing with Mental health issues. Not good or great practice tends to males more. Receptionist on the other hand only Good thing here. Now looking for a Real Doctor
Absolutely shameful service. Called to advise I will be running late and asking when the doctor finished for the day as I have special needs children and was struggling to arrive back by 6pm even though I was in attendance earlier in the day and told to return unscheduled for a treatment already paid for the day before. Receptionist laughed at me and proceeded to condescendingly tell me thats funny yeah she understands about babysitters. Simple human decency from a medical practice isn't too far of a reach is it?
The best doctor in town! Dr. Francis Vu is incredibly kind, patient, and conscientious. He always takes the time to listen carefully and explains everything clearly, which makes me feel truly cared for and confident in his treatment. His professionalism and genuine compassion really stand out. I am so grateful to have found such a wonderful doctor and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for excellent medical care.
