Horrible service, from office staff to nurse practitioner and also doctor. When you ask they do turn around and tell you there's nothing wrong but have all the symptoms. This doctor should not be in practice or should have taken more classes to learn how to treat patients. I won't dought they will cancel my appointment, childish if you ask me. When they don't have any more patients then they will want to change there ways. Before making your appointment read all reviews so you don't end up like me and others.
Horrible people working in the office, always make up excuses they never answer the phone never You’ll get a text. If you text back, they never check Txt Horrible customer service.Horrendous
Don’t bother calling, no one will answer the phone. Their automated system will “text” you and you will text back only to not get a response. Be prepared to drive to the office all to see people with no customer service, no manners and faces that seem to hate their job. Never been more frustrated to get something so simple.
