Dr. Cruz is really caring and takes her time with you. The only down side is the answering service. It is really bad, her assistant will never respond to the messages left on the answering machine, unless you have told Dr. Cruz during an appointment. Unfortunately that's the reasons I'm changing doctors. The communication is really bad. Wish she had her own office to avoid all the communication problems. 😔
Dr. Cruz-Perez is very profesional and very courteous. She listens to your concerns and answers all your questions. I'm very comfortable and able to ask any questions that concern me. Would highly recomend Dr. Cruz-Perez.
