I feel so lucky to have encountered Dr Gargano in the Lenox Hill ER. I got a bad gash on my face and he did the most incredible job fixing me up. He put three layers of stitches and did laser and micro-needling. I literally can't even see the scar. He is kind, patient, understanding, and thoroughly professional. His staff is the same. NYC is blessed to have such a talented surgeon!
Dr. Gargano is incredible and super knowledgeable. He was such a calming, yet terrific professional when I had an emergency in the ER and then was so attentive in all the follow ups afterwards. My face scars and broken bones healed perfectly. I'd highly recommend and will use doc for anything I need in the future. Also, Paola is a sweetheart and such an amazing help in the office, while also being so knowledgeable and efficient will all my treatments. It's truly a fantastic team they have here and could not recommend enough!

I cannot speak more highly of a doctor. Dr. Gargano saved me during a critical situation in the ER. His expertise and quick response are something I will be eternally grateful for. On top of that, his demeanor — and Italian charm — lifted my spirits every time he stepped into the chaotic, depressing hospital room to check on me.
