I can’t recommend Dr Rannard highly enough! Apart from being a highly skilled surgeon she is an excellent communicator and a warm & caring person. I have had an excellent outcome following surgery for carpel tunnel syndrome and soon to have surgery for a contracted flexor tendon. Being a doctor myself I am highly discerning and am rating Dr Rannard as 5 stars without hesitation.
Dr Rannard is absolutely delightful and an expert. She took care of some skin cancer issues and I felt very well taken care of. Janelle her office manager is also lovely to deal with.
I highly recommend Francesca as a surgeon She shows so much empathy and listens to all your needs. She goes beyond her call of duties to check in on you. Her results are exemplary.
Dr Rannard is absolutely brilliant. I have been operated on by her twice for BCCs on my face. Of course with them being on my face I was nervous about scarring but the end results were fantastic. The first operation required a skin graft and with the second one, her thoroughness meant that she found 3 more BCCs deeper under the skin and removed them in the same operation.
