RN Wonderful physican! I've been a patient of Dr. Chang's for 7 years and could not be happier with her. The one day that I had to wait an hour for my appointment to see her, she appologized profusely, explaining that she had been on the phone with a patient whom she had to inform of a new diagnosis of cancer. It was wonderful knowing that if I had such an awful diagnosis that she would spend the same amount of time with me!
