Dr. Koblenzer was also my first psychiatrist. She was consistently late to appointments, would often would not reply back when I reached out about medical concerns, gave me poor medical instructions which caused me to go into severe withdrawal, and then dropped me as a client because I didn't use "please/thank you" in a single message to her when I was requesting a prescription refill. Highly unprofessional to abandon a client and notify them via text message. Go find a different psychiatrist.
Dr. Koblenzer was ok as my first psychiatrist: I last saw her in October of 2023. I had suspicions that I had ADHD which I had told her, but she did not ask much about why or assess if she believed it to be true. I was prescribed ADHD medication right away which was not a good fit for me at all and went off of it because of issues.
