Tried to see this provider at Digest Well in Powell. Got a specific referral from my PCP and made an appointment. Showed up 5 mins early to the appointment and ended up waiting 45 minutes. Called the person I made an appointment with and she blamed it on me and said it was at 2:15pm and the doctor had left. My chart and text message said 2:45pm. Found them super unprofessional and disorganized. Won’t be trying again.
Very disappointed in the bedside manner of this Dr. She would not even wait for me to wake up from surgery to tell me the findings and when I asked for her to come back to talk to me she was very rude. I ended up with an infection after the surgery and I called her office and could not get an answer from her for 5 days after continuing to call, the answer I got was....if im in that much pain go to the Er. 😡
