I was greeted by staff as soon as I walked in. I felt very unrushed and all my concerns were listened too. It’s been a long time since I’ve been to a doctors office and didn’t feel like a number, but these people know how to treat patients.
Completely incompetent - made CDC representations contrary to prior advice that were inaccurate. Extremely rude and condescending.
Negligent and disrespectful. I don't know if this is Dr. Seymour's way or if her office just does not communicate to her. Treated very poorly. Particularly by Admin Staff, Sarah who was unkind, rude, and inappropriate. Communication terrible- when encountered a medical concern and called with several concerns including positive Covid test, the office either didn't call back for days or didn't respond at all. She has no bedside manner and is rude.
Very dissatisfied with her professional response. I thought I had an excellent doctor until there was a problem. Lack of compassion and assistance. Some staff could use training on how to speak to people.
Lacks compassion
extremely knowledgeable; up-to-date on procedures, medications, treatments. easy referrals to other specialists (when necessary) is enhanced by smooth office procedures of staff. this is a physician who is a careful listener, therefore able to elicit important information from patients who may not have thought to add needed details for their care to be best diagnosed or managed. this is rare in today's rushed medical environment. dr. seymour is witty and intelligent w/ a great office staff.
