Came here since my ortho retired and need some improvements and since smile direct club took my money and had to finish up my teeth. Got some clear alginers to close some space that popped up. Smooth easy treatment. Nice staff and Dr. Chau was amazing!
Truly the best experience I’ve had with an orthodontist! I’m very picky and interviewed a few orthodontist in the area and chose Dr. Chau. Now I love my smile! Treatment went smoothly and finish a few month earlier than estimated which I appreciate. Highly recommend Encino Orthodontist doc and staff here!
I strongly advise parents to seek a second opinion before committing to treatment at this practice. Our experience with Dr. Chau has been deeply concerning, both from a clinical and professional standpoint. Initially, we were told our daughter required a 12–18 month orthodontic plan.
