I scheduled a routine eye exam for my son, but he billed me for a medical appointment. Once I received the bill, I could not reach him, even when I used the patient portal. Myself, and my family of six, were dismissed from the office for refuting the medical charge and asking to speak directly to the doctor.

Dr. Ellis and his staff were literal lifesavers in addressing my Mother’s hopefully temporary Strabismus resulting from a Micro Stroke. My Mother’s quality of life has improved dramatically and she now has hope of returning to a normal life post stroke.
We had a great experience with Dr. Ellis and his staff. Everyone was friendly from scheduling an appointment to our visit. I was impressed that our two year old cooperated through the full exam. They are very experienced with children and put them at ease.
Dr. Ellis is very kind and puts my daughter at ease. He is very thorough. I would recommend him without hesitation. The office staff is friendly and the Falls Church office has a separate waiting area for kids that is very comfortable.
My daughter had a surgery with him. He left a horrible scar on her.
