El motivo de 1 estrella es porque llame hoy 02/16 para cambiar el horario de mi cita y una mujer que habla inglés y español me dejó en la línea esperando por 25 minutos. Nose cómo es la atención allí en la clínica pero por teléfono es pésima.
They require a retinal scan for $35 as part of the exam. The retinal scanner they have in that office only scans a small part of your retina and missed something that luckily I am aware of already. The staff was kind and attempted to get a better image, but struggled and could not. My issue is not with the staff, but with the required fee and sub-par technology that is probably missing other lesions in addition to mine.
I've seen both Dr Forrests and both are wonderful. They are kind, gentle, and take time to explain changes. I've never worn contacts before. They give you a little class and trial lenses to find the right fit. I really appreciate the professionalism, timeliness, and accuracy with my prescription.
