Have been my family doctor for over 25 years. Dr Foong’s prescription is no frills and always works. Unfortunately recently I had a heart attack and have been seeing the St George Hospital’s doctors and have not been back to Dr Foong for over 5 months. When I called up this morning I was told my file is no longer there and will be charged $150 to open a file for me and was advised that this will be valid for 6 months. Even if you have Medicare, This Doc charge, $150 each also not very good customer service at all.
