Rude, arrogant and has no compassion. Instead of listening and treating my mother his job was to free up hospital beds. Brought in a team of healthcare staff and told us we must go. Most traumatic experience. Fortunately the head nurse was so understanding after hearing what had happened. My mother was sent to two weeks rehab straight away. She was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer few weeks later and passed away in two months. 15min consultation with my gp she had suspected cancer and scans confirmed it.

My mother is an elderly woman with rheumatoid arthritis and has been seeing Dr. Fong since her longtime rheumatologist, Laurie Clements, retired. I’m a medical practitioner myself, and I attended my mother’s review appointment with her for the first time. I recognize that my professional background may have shaped our interactions. One star is too much for this doctor. Very rude after I had my knee replacement when he said my surgeon should not have done the operation as I was overweight. Very rude man indeed
