I ADORE Dr. Moisiuc. He is very attentive and extremely thorough. He is intelligent, well spoken and he is a graduate of an advanced research and education university that is one of the most prestigious of its kind. He listened to every single concern I had and immediately responded with testing done that very day so he could get a look inside. My heart is fine and I still see him every 6 mos. I HIGHLY recommend this specialist.
I was planning to change cardiologists but Dr Moisiuc was 10 times worse than my current doc. He dismissed my symptoms and concerns saying "there is no difference in heart disease between men and women" which is completely inaccurate according to scientific research. I'm a disabled RN and know a bit about medicine. Every question I asked was dismissed or vaguely "answered" with no real info. He told me "do not listen to the propaganda on the Internet" What? I would advise to avoid this doctor, especially women.
This rating doesn't even deserve a 1. I spent a night in emergency due to AFib. The hospital gave me names of cardiologists, I called to make an appointment. I explained to the person I made the appointment with that I would be out of the country and made the appointment as soon as I returned, 8:45 4/24/17. I arrived for the appointment at 8:20 this morning and was told that my appt was cancelled because they could not get in touch with me to confirm.
