totally inept. afraid to give prescriptions. gave a 'prescription' - i gave it to the pharmacist - he told me it was an ' over the counter ' medicine for constipated children. i was to use it for a plugged ear ? i was to get a yearly physical - with no lab work done or ordered. i could go on !
I've been with this practice for years. I've always had great care. Went for my annual refills and my Dr was no longer there, no one told me. Dr Cruz walked in, was not friendly, I understand, I'm on many RX. She finished, asked if I needed anything. I'm pushing 70. I was in excruciating pain that would not stop. I made the mistake of being honest with her because as soon as I confided in her she abruptly told me she could send NO MORE THAN 10 pain pills! I never asked for them.
