We visited Dr. Florian Mack today for a routine dental check-up with the whole family and were very impressed. Dr. Mack was gentle, attentive, and especially kind with the kids. He took his time and explained everything clearly. The entire team was extremely friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
Very disappointing I would think twice about getting any sort of telescopic denture from here . Definitely get other specialists look at your teeth first. I have had an unfitting plate since 2018 that had been sent back and forth in Germany and Australia. He stated it was just cosmetic but the metal was showing because it didn’t fit. After 6 years he wanted to remove another tooth that had been pulled from the ilfitting plate. I just completed my Treatment for Telescopic Dentures for Both Upper and Lower Jaws. My experience was absolutely amazing, from the initial enquiry with Holly, to the communication and Treatment from Dr Mack, His super friendly demeanour, his Gentle approach, I can't say enough great things as im really amazed at how my experience was. A special mention to Maria too. I'd without hesitation recommend Dr Mack to anyone wanting work done on their teeth. Once again, Thank you Holly and Thank you Dr Mack.
I had a terrible toothache, but thanks to Dr Mack and his friendly team I was helped out quickly. I can definitely recommend him, he is experienced, professional and explains well.
Dr Mack is a highly professional and very friendly and experienced bilingual dentist! My husband and I are satisfied patients. He always explains all the steps of the therapy, which is helpful to understand the treatment better. I can highly recommend him and also his friendly staff, we never had any problems and feel well looked after! 🙂
