Conducted exams that were unnecessary and took over double the amount of time allotted for the procedure, making us late for our pre-op appointment with an actual doctor. She did not act apologetic, and seemed to find her own incompetence amusing.
My husband was examined by Dr. Holderbaum for possible hearing loss. She was very thorough and careful. She explained everything and made him comfortable throughout the exam. When she completed the examination she went over several factors and offered her professional opinion in positive manner. I think she is a great Dr. and I would send my friends and family to her for their annual examinations or other issues. Thank you again Dr. Holderbaum!
