If I could give no stars I would. This office is terrible. Worst care I’ve ever received. They never answer the phone. When they do they leave you on hold for thirty minutes and then hang up. The wait time is 1-2 hours. The nurse practitioner Ana dismisses what you have to say. When you ask to see the doctor they deny. They don’t review records with you. Take forever to fill out your paperwork. The front office staff is rude. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
I have delivered 2 babys before and got preclamsia and they never took care of it on my 3 baby I went to Luna and everything came out good.. and this is my 4 baby Anda is the worst doctor or nurse she doesn't know how to talk to the pregnant womans and shes really mean they say one thing and then another thing I wouldn't come ever again here if I decided to come back was because Luna didn't accept babys in the waiting room..
THEY MAKE THEIR PATIENTS CRY. THE NURSES ARE HELLA RUDE AND DO NOT TAKE YOU INTO CONSIDERATION.THEIR BLASTING DURAN & HIS STAFF ALL OVER FB AND ALL THE STORIES OF THE PATIENTS THAT WERE MISTREATED ARE COMING OUT. I’m surprised it even has 2 stars it Should only have 1 ! STAY AWAY!!! They lie! Tried to get someone into a c section and lady Pushed out baby with ONLY 2 PUSHES. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE
I miscarried today and Mission Regional referred me to this clinic so they could give me the OK for a D&C. Dr. Alberto wasn’t there but instead a woman named Ana attended me. She did an ultrasound and as I was laying she grabbed my wrist tightly and pulled me up. She also basically threw my ultrasound picture at me. I immediately started crying, I felt so worthless. I do NOT recommend this place the ultrasound tech is horrible and they failed to tell me i was anemic my entire pregnancy she claimed she “thought they told me” and she failed to send my prescription to the pharmacy and once my mother called to ask if they can send it because i was super sick she got mad and yelled at my mom to not be calling and she sent the prescription to the completely wrong pharmacy.
