I’ve been going to the office on griffin for years and had a great experience until now. I went for my annual check up this year and reception service had gone down. I had been calling at every hour to schedule an appt and no answer. I walked in to get help and no one was there. I kept calling until i got an answer and an appointment with provided. So unprofessional, every time I come and I get send to the laboratory, the lady that has glasses sitting on the left near the door always looks at me ugly, like girl if you don't wanna work don't come I hate it everytime I get send to the laboratory, never coming to this OGBYN in my futures pregnancy , getting treated bad while pregnant is crazy 0 stars if I could
I've been here many years ago and had a great experience, I recently came back and again, I've been treated very nicely. I've never had a problem and I've never had to wait long to be seen. I've always been seen by a nurse practitioner but she's always been very nice to me, she pays alot of attention, she explains everything well and she takes good care of me. I'm surprised by all the negative reviews.
My daughter and I had a very disappointing experience at this office. Due to the way she was treated, I ultimately decided to transfer her care to another OBGYN. She was accused of having drugs in her system despite having no history of drug use. After leaving the appointment, she went to the hospital and completed comprehensive drug testing, and every result came back negative. I have gone with Ana 3 times telling her I wanted to get an ultrasound done and bloodwork due to getting my period 2 times a month or not getting it at all I’m 23 years old while on birth control her excuse was “it’s normal your fine and if you don’t get your period take did it you are young” went back again 4th time she did an ultrasound and sent me to the hospital because she saw something not normal her words were “ I saw something I didn’t like and it worries me “ AFTER I WENT MULTIPLE TIMES... read more
