I have gone to Dr. Fishburg's office numerous times over the years and have always had a good experience. The offices are nice, there is never much of a wait once you arrive, and the glasses I've gotten have always been good.
Only one complaint I didn’t get the employee name however I believe she’s fairly new I’ve been a client of this office for about 20+ years never any issues until today she just needs to work on how to handle situation on a professional level.
New patient here and I loved it. Karen was very helpful and professional. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ive been coming here for years and i recently came back for eye contacts and i unfortunately left the state so i couldnt pick up my prescription, less than a year later before my prescription expired i called to see if i can pick them up the guy was rude and said he was goindg to call me back never did i call back again and same thing im never returning here
I just left that place in tears no joke I’m a very strong Latina woman that nothing brings me to tears. But what that “Dr.” did to me was soo horrible.... 1st appointment eye exam everything great. I had mentioned my interest in eye contacts he gave me the 411 great . I go back to get my EYE CONTACT EXAM very nice at first and then he starts having trouble with my left eye contact don’t set right note!
