Let me just state facts. A patient can not call and speak to anyone directly, The office does not call back in a timely fashion, 90% not at all. They don't answer text. 100% I was upset and needed help getting my heart medication and left an angry message. I never yelled at a person or the one staff member. They just called and stated I did. I have never had a doctors office that doesn't take phone calls! The doctor is very nice, he wouldn't treat me w testosterone because of my blood work. I apologize for getting frustrated... read more

I went for my annual exam in December 2023. 2 months passed l didn't receive a call about my blood work. When l called she said that you need to make an appointment to get your results. I asked if something is wrong you are making me nervous and why l didn't get a call if something is wrong. Either way l always received calls about my blood work and if needed made appointment.
