Unfortunately, my experience with this obstetrician was extremely negative. They demonstrated poor bedside manner—rude, dismissive, and lacking basic empathy. I left feeling unheard and uncomfortable. With so many skilled and compassionate obstetricians available at St Vincent’s, I would strongly recommend seeking care elsewhere.
I'm eternally grateful to Dr Fiona Cowell for ensuring the safe delivery of my twins at 34+5 weeks gestation. My pregnancy was filled with surprises, both positive and negative, and the whole time Fiona was cheering me along, reassuring me my babies and I would be just fine. It's disheartening to share that my experience with Dr. Fiona Cowell and Monash during my IVF journey was far from satisfactory. We are deeply disappointed with the way Dr. Fiona and her team have handled our case. We have experienced the heartbreak of two miscarriages in the past, which led us to decide to undergo IVF for a safe and stress-free journey.
