This is a constant. You make an appointment whether for office visit, follow ups or surgery and she makes you wait for hours. Yes ...HOURS. No matter the location of your scheduled visit. The intake techs and/or nurses are great and will see you in a reasonable amount of time. However She will stand in the doorway talking about chocolate, hairstyles and weekend plans with other staff residents.
