Dr. Fil is the best! I spent several months going to physical therapy for a lower back and shoulder issues and he helped me more in just a couple sessions than therapy ever did. He can tell what your body needs and I always feel better when I leave and the relief continues for several days/weeks after.
Been going to Dr Fil for some time now. Every time, I walk out feeling better than I walked in. I just had an appointment with him today. For weeks, if not months prior my back has been hurting doing something I love to do. I can't go for more than 30 minutes without having to stop and stretch. Today I just did it for 3 hours straight and am feeling great!
