Dr.Toress has been the Best Psychiatrist for me and my daughter for the last ten years. We had to move to Conroe because , I was going to have Bone Cancer Surgery and was going to take therapy for my Leg in the Woodlands so we planned on moving out to Conroe. I was also having to soon change PCP doctor. My last doctor retired after 28 year's.She was family to me and my daughter. She was my step mom. We still talk every day . She calls and text's me . This unreliable clown, Fernando Torres, accepts your appointment then ignores it either all together or 3-6 hours later he finally calls…as late as 9pm. Occasionally he forgets to call in your script to your pharmacy entirely. You then have to beg to get er done. Fernando Torres is horribly unreliable, totally disrespectful and just a terrible Doctor. Stay away for your own sake please. Read his reviews RE the opposite gender.
