I filled out all the paperwork online and was given more paperwork to fill out when I got to the office. I have medicare primary and was told they were no have a contract with my secondary, medicaid, and that I had a $20 co pay. I literally pulled up Texas Medicaid notice saying even if the Dr's office is not contracted with Tx Medicaid, they cannot collect. The receptionist at Dr. Silva office is very RUDE. Also; the physician is not reliable. I do not recommend this Rheumatologist.
