I can’t believe how much incompetence the staff has, they have messed up all my orders for MRI, bloodwork, therapy, ect , even the mri , bloodwork, therapy staff calls me saying the staff is impossible to deal with, My wife is fed up with this nonsense. I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with this Rheumatology office, I feel compelled to warn others. I was genuinely excited to establish care here, but the level of disorganization, lack of communication, and complete absence of empathy has been shocking. From the start, I have had to chase this office down to get things completed and clarified. Dr. Silva and RN Peck have went above and beyond in my treatment plan. They listen, evaluate, study, and heal with a higher calling than most I’ve encountered. The support staff is first class and are great about sending reminders, pre-check paperwork digitally, and keeping up with the headache of health insurance benefits. I highly recommend their services.

Don't care to speak poorly of anyone but I had a referral sent over around month ago and no one contacted me until now. I even called and left several messages with no call backs. Unacceptable to me for a medical practice. Shameful!
