The worst medical staff I've ever come in contact with. Insurance denied payment for Bloodwork because the staff did not know how to code the services needed. Medical statements continued coming for months from Insurance company...incompetent staff. Rude, unfriendly and shows no respect to patients. Not even a smile or greeting. Seems to be young inexperienced staff coming and going...I leave office confused and unsure what the goal for treatment in my illness...
This man is absolutely ASTOUNDING, ATTENTIVE, and ADMIRABLE! As someone who has delt with Lupus for 10 years, I have experienced neglect in the past. Dr. Silva gave me NEW FAITH in the passion behind the medical field. Thank you Dr. Fernando. Your practice is a game changer. 🥳
The staff there is terrible half the time they don’t answer the phone or it’s a busy signal and when you need something done they either don’t do it right or take forever!
Went in expecting the worst Dr. visit after reading so many negative reviews. Came out pleasantly surprised. Dr. Silva is a great Dr. Very thorough ordered lots of test and X-rays to be sure of diagnosis. Will be back in 3 weeks to find out exactly what's going on whether it's rhumatoid or osteoarthritis. Overall was very happy with Dr. Silva and his staff.
This medical staff has got to be the most incompetent medical staff on the planet. I have been waiting for 3 months for someone to schedule an appointment for me after my referral was sent in twice by my primary doctor's office. They claim they can't find the referrals that were sent in. Each time I call the receptionist leaves me on hold 30 minutes plus while she supposedly looks for my referral.
