Don't care to speak poorly of anyone but I had a referral sent over around month ago and no one contacted me until now. I even called and left several messages with no call backs. Unacceptable to me for a medical practice. Shameful!
If I could leave 0 stars I would. If you look at any of the reviews, please read this one. Don't waste your time- he doesn't care. There are more negative reviews than positive. Take that as a sign. So many things went wrong in my initial/follow-up visit, I can't even list them. But it was worth posting something to help warn others. Stay away!
Don't need to say much when it has already been said by other patients. DO NOT GO HERE!
Front receptionist with heavy makeup was very rude to not just me but other patients as well. I've been coming here five years and her treatment is why I'm leaving this practice. Even after making a complaint to the office manager about her attitude earlier in the year and again in August nothing has changed so I'm not going to be verbally abused while in pain coming to get help from Dr.Silva, hopefully the smile on my face will rub off on her because we the patients deserve better treatment
Terrible staff. Unable to get an appointment . Do not know what is wrong.
