I would leave zero stars if I could. The front desk receptionist and assistants are extremely unprofessional, and the scheduling process is terrible. Even with an appointment, patients are left waiting two to three hours to see the doctor. If the office has too many patients for one doctor to handle, they should consider hiring another doctor instead of wasting their patients’ time.
The woman at the check-in window was extremely rude and condescending, refusing to communicate or answer any questions. She rudely cuts you off without letting you talk. The place is also disorganized. My mom had an appointment and received no instructions or information about what her appointment was for. Utterly ridiculous and unprofessional.
