Phones are down EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. OR RECEPTIONISTS REFUSE TO ANSWER THE PHONE.... ONCE you do get in contact? Your appointment is set out 4 to 6 months out from when you call. You show up on your appointed date? BEWARE IF UR BMI IS ABOBE THEIR LIMIT.. You get met with the receptionist who has no concept of office or medical etiquette. Sadly? Mi esposa a tratado de hacer una cita para una endoscopia y jamas contestan las llamadas, solo mandan al buzon de voz y jamas regresan las llamadas, fuimos personalmente para ver si podiamos hacer la cita y la recepcionista ( una mujer demasiado grosera) dijo que Ella no estaba ahi para dar citas que la hicieran por telefono y que nos fueramos, , Si esto lo sabe el Dr. Ibarra Que mala reputacion le estan creando, Y si no quieren aceptar Aseguranza, pues que muevan la clinica a Beverly Hills, ahi les pagan al contado

Very happy with the care I've received. In the main office and at the medical center where procedure is preformed, staff are caring, efficient and effective communicators. Thank you very much to all the staff and to Dr. Ibarra, your professionalism made a worrisome medical issue in my life easier to deal with.
