Have not even had an appointment, but waited over 20 minutes just for someone to answer the phone to confirm my appointment on Friday and still never got an answer. I hope the appointment goes way better than them answering the telephone calls. This is not a good starting point. I could truly see why their reviews are so low and only one star

They don't answer the phone. I've been a patient of Dr. Fernando Ibarra for like two years and never have seen hide or hair of him. I've been only seen by the nurse practitioner. I wonder if it's even legal. Got a letter from this office telling me to schedule an appointment, but they never answer. What to do?
