Posting a one star only because there is no zero! They don't answer the phone so I had to walk-in to schedule. The front office staff is RUDE!! Been here an hr. Just for vitals and stil need to wait another hr. I honestly don't know how this place stays in business. They don't even schedule with the Specialist only a P.A. or N.P. I'm waiting only because I waited months for this appt. and urgency before I can continue with treatment. The office is also very dirty. Horrible, horrible service. My mom had an 11:00 a.m. appointment, and we arrived at 10:45. When we got there, there were about 10 people waiting in line just to check in. One patient said he had already been waiting for over an hour. I asked the front desk if there would be a long wait because I have work and kids, but they couldn’t provide any estimate. I understand that offices get busy, but better communication about delays would be appreciated, especially when patients are expected to follow strict cancellation policies. Muy mal servicio al cliente uno pasa la hora en linea y no contestan deja uno mensaje y no lo regresan paresiera q el dr ibarra no tiene suficiente personal .. No hay respuesta para nada .. Uno va alas cita igual te disen a una hora y te atienden 2 horas despues .. No entiendo eso si son citas no lleja uno sin ellas.. Mal servicio
