The stuff are very kind and patient But the wait was terrible l had to wait 5 hours for my procedure l understand waiting but 5 hours The waiting room was full of people all complaining about the same time

My mother had an appointment for a procedure. This procedure required 24hr fasting and medication to be taken 24 hrs in advanced. We showed up to the appointment to find out they canceled the appointment without letting my mother know. When I asked Itzel the girl at reception was horrible. She refused to answer any questions, said she’s not responsible nor does she know why the appointment was canceled. I gave this place one star because that is the only way I can post this review. This office is the worst place I have ever been to! The MANAGER, Dolores, is extremely rude and has no consideration for patients, including making an elderly woman cry and speaking to patients as if they are stupid. My husband’s appointment was at 7:45 and was told to be here at 6 am.
