On May 2, 2005 I suffered a ventricular brain hemorrhage. I was taken to University of Chicago by my husband, where he was employed. I suffered short-term memory loss. I have no clear memories of my hospitalization. I never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Goldenberg; however I am thankful for the knowledgeable care I received. My husband was my decision maker. He says Dr. Goldenberg was a God-send and exercised caution. This allowed me to avoid brain surgery! My prayers are with Dr. Goldenberg for successful research!
