Dr. Cabrera is fantastic. However, like all the other reviews state, his office is impossible to get in touch with. I have questions about my medication, and I've been trying to get in touch daily for nearly three weeks now. Each time I'm told I will get a call back or a MyChart message, but I still haven't been able to make contact with a medical assistant. It doesn't matter how good a doctor he is if he's unreachable. I'm suffering needlessly because his office can't take 5 minutes to help me.
I was fortunate to get Dr. Cabrera as my doctor/surgeon. He is a consummate professional, always readily available to take and/or return calls quickly concerning follow up questions etc.. His nurse Delva at the Coral Springs location couldn't have been any better and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Dr. Cabrera and staff. 100% recovery and has improved my quality of life beyond expectations.
All these incompetent Doctors should get FIRED! They are not there to help people. What is going on with Cleaveland Clinic not hiring correctly? Do better Cleaveland.
Waited longer in waiting room, spent more time with his nurse than with him. He doesn’t listen. He’s quite pompous and impressed with himself! Told me to come back in a year. Complete waste of of time!
