All these incompetent Doctors should get FIRED! They are not there to help people. What is going on with Cleaveland Clinic not hiring correctly? Do better Cleaveland.
Waited longer in waiting room, spent more time with his nurse than with him. He doesn’t listen. He’s quite pompous and impressed with himself! Told me to come back in a year. Complete waste of of time!
My father and i had the pleasure of meeting with Dr Cabrera today. He was so brilliant, professional and thorough. I feel so comfortable that my father is in his care now. His nurse shatavia it was so sweet and professional. I loved that he took pictures to explain things and gave us a plan of care that I feel so comfortable with. Outstanding!!
Dr. Cabrera is an excellent doctor, taking time to explain the procedure. Unfortunately his office staff is extremely incompetent. I still have problems with getting my prescription refilled, after 3 phone calls and being on hold for a total of 63 minutes, I have asked for the office manager to return my call. Every time I have been informed that the office manager is in a meeting.
