The staff of this medical office are some of the most unprofessional and rude individuals that I have ever encountered in my entire life, and that includes the "office managers" Jennifer and Ivan. My father tried to get a doctors note stating he is high risk for COVID19 because of his multiple conditions and they denied him the letter for no reason. They would not even offer him a medical release form in order to release the letter with his info. They said "the final answer is NO and thats it. NO we can't do it. PERIOD" just... read more
