THE RUDEST LYING SECRETARY. I called before entering .. she is saying the Doctor Fernado is not in.. WHEN HE IS. Not worth calling to see if the doctor is in. When SHE asks you for your name she automatically hangs up. When you ask her for her name she starts acting like a 3 year old on the phone and hangs up. Super unprofessional.
