Very nice doctor . Takes good care of mom. Office is clean and people are nice .
My grandpas X-rays had concerning nodules in the lungs. Dr. Saran said this is not an issue and gave cough medicine instead of sending us to an oncologist in 2023. 3 years later, we went to the ER, and they find out he is at stage 4 lung cancer. This could’ve been prevented much sooner if Dr. Saran did something about it. What should have been caught earlier was missed, and our family is now living with the devastating loss. Called to schedule an appt for the first time and the receptionist was speaking a million miles a minute so I couldn’t quite understand her and thought she asked a question. I kindly said “Sorry I didn’t hear your question at the end.” She responded and said “I didn’t ask you a question I said…” with a very prominent attitude and proceeded to repeat her script.
