Called to schedule an appt for the first time and the receptionist was speaking a million miles a minute so I couldn’t quite understand her and thought she asked a question. I kindly said “Sorry I didn’t hear your question at the end.” She responded and said “I didn’t ask you a question I said…” with a very prominent attitude and proceeded to repeat her script.
