I’m rating low because of the horrible attitude of one of the office assistance. Her name is Mesha. She is rude when working with the patients and when you speak to her over the phone. She needs to attend a class on how to be friendly to the patients. We come in with our health issues and would appreciate a friendly greeting from the office staff, not an attitude of we’re bothering her.
