He does nothing to help pain. I have nerve damage from hernia surgeries and recurrence. His idea of helping with pain is to take two fingers and rub the area hard and fast to "desensitize" it. He asked me what medication I was on for it. I said gabapentin right now, but my primary care physician was giving me tramadol until I could see a pain specialist and it works really well for me. Rude, argumentative and incompetent staff. Dr. Bai also argues and does not listen. IHe is not familiar with the case even after being seen numerous times. Very disorganized office and files. Staff will not follow up with authorizations and approvals. Very demeaning environment. Staff talks openly about the patients.I changed to this office to be close to home and that was a huge mistake.
