We recently had damage to our fence from a wind storm which involved an insurance claim and decided to go with D.R. Fencing. We received wonderful service and the workmanship and quality of the repair was excellent. Brian was very thorough explaining everything and Lisa was great in communicating and going the extra mile to investigate options. After 7 decades of dealing with hundreds of small businesses,I have never dealt with a more fantastic outfit than Dr fencing especially Brian and "mona" Lisa.They are truly exceptional from all points of view,details too numerous to write.
Best customer service by far!! We had fencing put in which was done quickly and professionally right before the snow came. They were patient with us in the planning phase to make sure we would be happy at the end. They even checked up a week later to make sure we loved it!
Don't bother, they have no respect for your time or you as a potential customer. I've reached out numerous times via email and their website, yet they've never contacted me back. I get being busy, but ghosting people is poor business and just rude. I made the effort to contact them to give them money. Clearly they don't want it, my business nor my respect.
Brian is very friendly and so is his team, from day one the service was great. Brian always responded quickly and our fence job was completed quickly, they don’t waste any time. We absolutely love our black chain link fence and so does our dog.
