Just wanted to thank Felix and his team for doing a great job and his excellent bedside manner. Explained the procedure clearly and post operation requirements. Put me at ease a real gentleman. Excellent reception team. Thanks again everyone.
Had 3 wisdom teeth. The surgeon had 3 wisdom teeth out within 30 minutes (most was numbing me10-15 mins) and was super reassuring during the entire procedure that everything that was happening was normal. His wonderful assistant was holding my hand as the other brushed my shoulder while the mandatory but not so nice anestetic needles were delivered with a "your doing so good". Rachel the receptionist is so rude !! My first time calling ro make the appointment all I got from her was attitude! If you don't like your job speaking to patient's who need help then QUIT your job lady ! Very disappointing 😞 if it wasn't for the high recommendations with Dr Felix I would have simply not shown up to my appointment and went else where!
