I had to help deal with the office staff & they are extremely unprofessional. When my mom went to the specialist, it had to be canceled because there wasn’t a referral. Dr. Felix Ramirez Labrada office staff have the worst people working there that I have ever seen in one place. I’ve never seen the doctor but the nasty people seem to be in charge. Run & stay away.
