Just want to take the time to say Lucy and Diana have helped me so much and I’m so appreciative of that. That have gone above and beyond. I’m also in the medical field and wish every office has employees like them. We all need caring people when you go to a Doctors office. As far as the office manager she can be rude but helped me when I called to see why my medication wasn’t called in but was called in another medication that was already called but never worked. To me that means she didn’t take the time to look at my chart.... read more
