Dr Liu is a good doctor, for those that say he's abrasive, that really depends on your style and tolerance. I found he's direct to the point, and he cares, but he doesn't sugar coat things, he tells it like it is. Personally, I like this approach, but everyone is different. I've been visiting him for 5 years now and have had only positive experiences. I don't understand the SCAM reports, he's a typical doctor, who is referred by many doctors as a sleep specialist. They are scammer do not go there for any issue they just rip you off with charge you for cancellation fee with no reason.
Both parents have been seeing Dr Felix Liu many years. Dr. Liu was a responsible Specialist. He showed great patience despite the continual questions from us. Quite long waiting time today (arrived 12:50-3:30pm) Staff Amanda & Bonnie were pretty friendly & helpful.
