I took my father to Dr Tam, and despite the negative reviews, I found him to be knowledgeable and skilled. He diagnosed my father's condition accurately. He knows his stuff and is thorough. The biggest issue I've noticed, which seems to frustrate many patients, is the long wait times. It's not easy for sick patients, especially elderly ones, to wait for an hour or more. If the scheduling could be improved, it would make the overall experience much better.

He never updated my father’s prescription, neglected to care for him, and now my poor dad is hospitalized. How can any doctor be so negligent, heartless, and careless??? Please beware.
