This is the P.O.S. that prescribed drugs to my father that upon information and belief he knew and had the means to know it would kill him. The drug is Oxycodone 60 pills on 02/16/13 and he died a week later from respiratory depression, ironically this is the black box warning. And he had prescribed it a year earlier, 60 pills, then again, another 24 pills.
