Dr. Arias is one of the most caring, compassionate, & intelligent doctors I've had. And I've had more than most due to a rare genetic disease. So everyone complaining about time given/waited has to understand that Dr. Arias does not control the amount of time allowed him by insurance companies. I had a PCP who literally kept a manual timer with very noticeable hands. And you could hear it ticking. The doctor was decent but insurance destroyed that other doctor's practice by dictating what he could and couldn't do for patient... read more
Ola Felipe buena noche
This place is dirty, the staff is rude and unprofessional, the doctor himself is a joke, as he stands in front of his practice smoking cigarettes and swearing. The doctors office is a joke you wait an hour just to get checked in then another hours to see the doctor. He gives you 5 min of his time and already has a perscription waiting for you without knowing what you're truly there for. No ethics, no bedside manners, he shouldn't be treating patients, not even animals. The staff is so rude.
I have had the worst experience this facility, the place itself is very filthy, the staff is rude, the doctor Felipe Arias has no good ethics, or bedside manners, very inconsistent, and the worst is that all he cares about is what he could charge the insurance. My son and I both have asthma condition that we use nebulizer machines for breathing treatments, the doctor refused to sign paperwork to submit to the electric company that proved their was a medical need not to shut off electricity.
Only plus is that he's bilingual. We have gone multiple times to see this doctor and although he is cordially during his face to face interactions, there are a number of flaws with the manner in which patients are attended. Each time we have gone, we have waited over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor! He seems to be the only doctor present and there are too many patients for him to handle. He explains things briefly so that he can move onto the next patient.
